Terms & Returns

These terms apply to your use of this website and any order you place with 22Pursuit ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. Contact: getintouch@22pursuit.com.

Products & pricing

• Prices are in pounds sterling (£) and shown on the product.
• We try to show colours and details accurately, but screens vary, so slight differences are possible.
• Stock is limited. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll contact you and give a full refund.

Orders & payment

• Payment is taken securely by Stripe; we never see your full card details.
• A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. suspected fraud or a pricing error), refunding anything paid.

Delivery

• We deliver within the UK only, with Royal Mail.
• Delivery is included in the price — there is nothing extra to pay at checkout.
• We'll deliver within 30 days of your order at the latest, and usually much sooner. If anything delays your order we'll email you.
• When your order leaves us you'll get a tracking number by email. You can also follow it with the Track your order box on our shop page.
• Risk passes to you on delivery.

Your right to cancel (14 days)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you're a consumer buying online you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason. To cancel, email us at getintouch@22pursuit.com before the 14 days end.

• Email us first and we'll reply with the returns address. Then send the item back within 14 days of telling us, unused and in a resaleable condition.
• You pay the cost of sending it back, unless the item is faulty or not as described (see below).
• We'll refund everything you paid within 14 days of getting the item back (or your proof of return, whichever is sooner), to your original payment method.

Faulty or misdescribed items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If something's wrong, you're entitled to a remedy — including a full refund if you let us know within 30 days of receipt, or a repair/replacement after that. This is in addition to your cancellation right above and doesn't affect your legal rights.

"My Pursuit" submissions

• What you write stays yours. By submitting, you allow us to receive and read it, and to contact you if you provided contact details.
• Don't submit anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may decline, ignore or delete any submission.
• Submissions are shared voluntarily and are not professional advice.

Liability

We don't exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud). Otherwise, we're not liable for losses that were not foreseeable or that arise from your own breach of these terms. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
