Cookie Policy
Cookies and similar technologies (like local storage) are small pieces of data saved in your browser. This page explains what 22Pursuit uses and how you can control it.
Our approach
By default this website sets only essential storage — the minimum needed to make the site work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The only non-essential item is a random ID for the lift game (below), set only after you choose "Accept all" in our cookie banner. We count visits to the site without cookies or any storage on your device (see our Privacy Policy). If we ever add analytics that needs cookies, it will only run after "Accept all".
What we currently use
| Name | Type | Purpose | Expires |
|---|---|---|---|
| cookie_consent | Essential · local storage | Remembers your cookie choice so we don't ask again. | Until you clear it |
| mp_cart | Essential · local storage | Keeps the items in your bag while you shop. | Until you check out or clear it |
| mp_count | Essential · local storage | Counts "My Pursuit" submissions from your device to limit spam. | Until you clear it |
| sub_last | Essential · local storage | Stops the newsletter form being sent twice in a row by accident. | Until you clear it |
| th_sound | Functional · local storage | Remembers that you turned the background music off. | Until you clear it |
| u_bang | Functional · session storage | Plays the opening animation only once per visit. | When you close the tab |
| th_liftbest, th_gym3d_records | Functional · local storage | Keeps your personal best in the lift game on your device. | Until you clear it |
| th_player | Non-essential · local storage · only after "Accept all" | A random ID so we can count how many different people play the lift game. It contains nothing about you, and it's removed if you later reject non-essential cookies. | Until you clear it |
Third parties
- Stripe — when you click through to checkout, Stripe sets its own cookies on its payment page to process payment securely and prevent fraud. See Stripe's cookie information.
- Google Fonts — loads the site's fonts from Google's servers, which may log your IP address as part of serving the file. No font cookies are set on this site.
- jsDelivr — serves a code library the shop uses. No cookies are set.
- Our visitor counter is our own and uses no cookies or storage on your device. See the Privacy Policy.
Managing cookies
You can accept or reject non-essential cookies using the banner shown on your first visit. You can also block or delete cookies and clear local storage in your browser settings at any time — see aboutcookies.org. Note that clearing essential storage will simply make the banner appear again and reset the form counter.
Changes
If we change what we use, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above.
