This policy explains how 22Pursuit ("we", "us", "our") collects and uses your personal data when you use this website, subscribe to The Daily Pursuit, share a "My Pursuit" submission, or place an order. We follow the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Who is responsible for your data

What we collect and why

We do not see or store your card details — payments are handled entirely by Stripe. Please don't include sensitive personal information in a "My Pursuit" message unless you're comfortable sharing it; anything you write there is shared voluntarily.
Who we share it with
We only share data with the service providers that help us run 22Pursuit, and only as far as needed:
- Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy).

- Google — Google Fonts serves the site's fonts and our contact inbox uses Gmail (policies.google.com/privacy).

- Orders: up to 6 years, to meet UK tax and accounting rules.
- My Pursuit submissions: until you ask us to delete them, or until they're no longer needed.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (this won't affect processing already carried out). To exercise any of these, email contact.22pursuit@gmail.com and we'll respond within one month.

Children
This site and our products are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we'll delete it.
